Our Billing system has been approved for interconnection to British Telecom (BT) and the complexities of interconnect billing. Furthermore it is totally autonomous and automatically delivers bills to carriers, interconnect partners and customers with a full online CDR backup.

This fully automated ‘self service’ system means all our carriers and switched partitioned customers can:

access their bill’s at any time

reconcile their own invoices that they in turn issue to Wire9;

download and view their real-time switch records – commonly referred to as the CDR’s (Call Detail Records)

Conduct in-depth statistical analysis of switched traffic and invoices
