Wire9™ is an infrastructure operator/software developer and owns and operates best of breed C7/VoIP fixed (wireline) and mobile (wireless) telephone exchanges, on top of which is overlaid our proprietary intelligent network (IN); billing and CRM system. Wire9™ is also a fully fledged ISP (Internet Service Provider) with our own autonomous system [AS28914], operating carrier grade Juniper M series routers with a Cisco edge multihoming via BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) giving us a fully resilient QoS assured/high availability internet backbone with an astonishing 8Gbps backbone capacity.

Our primary POP's (Points of Presence) are London, Telehouse North; Amsterdam, RedBus; Gibraltar and Isle of Man.

We offer all forms of carrier grade convergent transmission - primarily including all IP services (hosting; colocation; ip transit; web-integration); Managed Switch Services (fixed and GSM/mobile) - switch partitioning and managed services; SS7 interworking; gateway provisioning; managed telephony and private interconnect systems; dual-imsi roaming (and hot-spot data roaming); calling card underwriting; Telephony services - carrier and wholesale, including SS7; Q931 and VOIP protocols; international private leased circuits over SDH and ATM (as well as IP based MPLS circuits) all of which are totally customizable for each unique business case

Wire9™ also operates all manner of public telephony, Voice over IP (VOIP) and IP services - all centrally managed and billed by Wire9's very own in-house developed Intelligent Network (IN) and Billing System.

Wire9™ leads the way in online real time switch provisioning, and all services offered by Wire9™ are self provisioned and maintained - including real time IN management; billing and switch partitioning control (with real time Least Cost Routing and service selection and internet based provisioning/billing). This means that not only are our services available 24 hours a day, they can be managed by our resellers and end user customers - over the internet in real time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is all supported by 24/7 Network Support and a real time ticketing/support system designed to keep all of our own and our customers systems operational on a current 99.98% basis.
